Delivery & Postage

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Deliver (Orders over £20) – Free Delivery
  • Standard Deliver (Orders below £20) – £3.49
  • 48 Hour courier – £4.99

Order before 12pm and your order will be delivered the next working day on non-personalised items (Monday – Saturday).

Sundays and bank holidays are not counted as working days.

Personalised items will have a 1 working day dispatch due to the nature of the product; however, if the details for personlisation are inaccurate or incomplete we will be unable to process this order in the given time.

Please Note:

  • Our couriers will require a signature on delivery
  • Delivery hours are from 8am – 8pm
  • Delivery times are estimates during busy periods, such as Christmas, our courier service may encounter delays.
  • Standard Delivery is not available when your order contains a large item

In most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to an order. Cancellation requests must be made before the item(s) have been dispatched.

  • To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely; please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

Delivery Terms

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell Royal Mail/Hermes, our courier company, to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Returns Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items with Royal Mail/Hermes for a full refund or exchange. Simply follow the instructions below.

You can return your order up to 14 days from the purchase date.

Take reasonable care of the items and do not use them. Send them back in the original packaging where possible.

Once returned, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days.

A refund will be issued once items have been returned and inspected by the customer service team. If the item has been returned damaged, we will be unable to process a refund or an exchange. The refund will be processed within 10 working days into the same account where the payment was made.

Return Restrictions

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are bespoke items that cannot be resold. If the item was made incorrectly due to an error on our behalf, we will correct this for you.
